Help / Projects

Structure the deployment once.

Valtoroq uses a simple hierarchy so every test result, issue, document and acceptance record can be traced back to the correct delivered system.

Customer

The customer represents the organization receiving the work. A customer can have multiple projects over time.

Project

The project represents a defined delivery effort. Dates, sites, systems, testing and project status are grouped here.

Site

A site identifies where a system is being installed or commissioned. Use separate sites when deployment locations have their own systems, schedules or acceptance activity.

System

The system is the operational unit being delivered. FAT, SAT, commissioning, issues and acceptance should follow the system so the evidence remains traceable.

Equipment

Equipment records identify the physical components that make up or support a system. Record serial numbers and relevant asset details where they matter to handover or warranty traceability.
